From a Professional Point of View
Michael graduated from Johnson & Wales School of Culinary Arts over 20 years ago, and has extensive experience cooking at resorts, restaurants, and for personal clients.
He believes that good tasting, healthy food should be available for all. Good food soothes the soul and helps minimize the effects of ailments that people may have. Eating is a spiritual connection to the source of that food.
When approaching food by being deliberate, with love and gratitude, people can change the way they look and feel on the inside and outside. Michael’s mission is to help people transform their relationship with food and deepen the love and respect for their bodies.
Michael is available to provide information about nutritional cooking, and can help you create a nutritious and good tasting meal plan. Whether teaching you to cook inside the privacy of your home or bringing meals to your home or office, Michael will help with whatever food goals you have. Areas of focus include: meal planning, portion control, label reading, grocery shopping, mindful eating, intuitive eating, and optimal performance.
